Taylor began her YouTube career first with a simple ASMR videos on her mobile. PewDiePie included her in his video about gaming shortly after she hit 50,000 subscribers, about one and a half months following the release of her first video. Taylor's Youtube channel surpassed 100,000 subscribers within two weeks. Taylor ceased to produce videos, and then put them up on private. The main reason was technical difficulties, brand new equipment problems, and she was overwhelmed with the attention she received from her fans. Following a long hiatus of about a month Taylor began to make videos in the new year, such as the well-known ASMR 10 Triggers to Help You sleep (35 million views as of the month of August, 2022). ASMR 20 Triggers to Help You Sleep, a series of videos aimed at Sleeping, was uploaded in July of 2017 and was seen by 38 million viewers. In August 2017, she appeared interviewed in Shane Dawson's video. Shortly after, she reached a million YouTube users. Wired UK estimates that her YouTube advertising revenue was $1,000 each week from February to March 2019.
Dennis Helfer and Elaine Helfer were the parents of Helfer when she was born. The family's ancestry includes German, English. Swedish and Norwegian. She went to William E. Hay Composite High School situated in Stettler. With the help of her sisters Trena Tammy Tara and Tammy Tara, she resided in the grain farm of their family. At the age of 17, Helfer's modeling agency agent spotted her waiting in line in a theatre.
